Katy and that Overseer in Vault 81 could get it. Big girls need love too, plus she's the overseer. It's pretty cool Bethesda put NPCs of various sizes in the game, even if it was to show how much food, vault 81 really has.

Other faves include Glory (wished she could have been a companion), Curie wearing a bowler hat (I love her naive innocence and comments about the brutality of war while she's smashing a raider's head to bits with that rocket sledge I gave her) and P.A.M. (there is something scientifically sixy about that briast plate and her anolyzing probabilities, Kleo is cool, though after reading her terminal entries, the less she knows about me, the better).

As far as named NPCs, Cait gets my vote for most attractive.
