What addons to your house do you get? Nukacola machine, for sure ... lab bench? The Medical device? The work bench to build special weapons?

All of them.

The order I go in:
Infirmary
Lab
Work bench
nuka cola
Jukebox

I always get the infirmary, I may get something else if it fits my character but none of them interest me much.

I get them all.....but never the house themes though, I prefer to display my collection (spolies of war) Nuka-Cola Clear Formula, Abe Lincoln's things, Ledoux's Hockey Mask, Button's Wig, Enclave Armor, etc.

Workbench and a radio only.

Since I inevitably get loaded down with caps, I eventually get everything, usually in this order of usefulness -

Laboratory (I use lots of chems and addiction is annoying)
Work Bench
Infirmary
Jukebox (radio)
Nuka-Cola Machine

I usually get a theme anywhere between Workbench and Nuka-Cola Machine; most often the Pre-War. You get lots of food with that one and the shelves are easily cleared if you want to put up your own stuff / trophies; just take the food / glasses and pitchers, etc. off the shelves and sell them or put them in one of your storage containers. This is for Megaton; if for some reason I have the Tenpenny Suite, I take Vault because you get another storage container.
