Oh yeah, destroy the Brotherhood of Steel.

Let's see hmmm

How about the fact that they have [censored] power armor? It's hard to hit these mofo.

Seriously,

How does anyone expect me to elimnate them?

I even have armor piercing rounds and they just soak it up and say, now that is tasty,

There are lots of ways. All of these but the last are assuming you have not yet made them hostile, and can walk freely in the bunker right up until you instigate them.

If you're good with science and/or sneak, it's downright easy. You can hack the terminal in the simulation room to set the bunker to explode and then high-tail it out of there (or sneak out). If you don't have a high science, you can pickpocket the codes to the terminal from the various leaders.

If you're good at either of the aforementioned skills, but don't want to blow the bunker, you can still hack the turrets to turn on their owners, thinning the population for you, or even better, steal all of their ammo via pickpocket and THEN hack the torrents. They'll have to rely solely on their fists and are likely to get mowed down.

Another choice is C-4. If you've got access to a lot of it, reverse pickpocket as much as you can and then laugh maniacally before hitting the switch.

Finally, if you want to take them all on head-on, but just can't quite handle that high DT armor if theirs, one of the best solutions is pulse weaponry. The pulse gun destroys power armored enemies, but if you don't yet have that, the grenades make for suitable substitutes. They can be found (stolen) in good quantities from the Van Graffs. Also, chems are your friend. When going into a hard fight like this, there's no shame in taking psycho, med-x, slasher, the whole bit. And turbo during the fight will make that part of it a breeze.

Well....I made them hostile.

But the issue was two factors:

-House Wants Me to Destroy the Brotherhood of Steel

-At Current I'm still Good With the NCR, so I tried to Warn the Ranger because I didn't have a high enough speech

I do have a high sneak and science they are my tagged skills at 70. But these damn mofos keep detecting me and they are throwing GAUS rifles up my ass.

Yeah, if they're all hostile from the get go, the best advice I can give you is to hack the terminal (found in the first room reached upon descending into the bunker proper) and get the turrets to do as much damage as possible and to use pulse grenades when you see power armored enemies. If you can run around and get them to group up as they chase you, you can hit many of them at once with one grenade.

Alternatively, a stealthboy or two could make the pickpocketing go easier. Just be weary of it wearing off.

I learned the secret of kicking their asses elsewhere:

-Gaus Rifle + Sneak = Goodbye Brotherhood of Steel

I finally was able to get somewhere and become sneaky hidden and then I have been using a Guas Rifle I found on a body that was good as new. Then stole a bunch of Microfusional cells from their [censored] footlockers.
