House customization

Just one thing: have items able to be placed on tables, shelves and whatnot without the damned physics engine ruining it! :swear:

:P

No, but seriously. Physics. It needs to get the [censored] out of my houses.

more customization would be great, i didnt like buying the rooms and not being able to do anything with them. i also agree with what others said, about having homes for sale outside of the cities and even building your own house

Any customization is good customization, imo.

It would been cool if we could buy property outside of towns, and build our own house there(like, able to choose between 5models of houses, and then choose upgrades for it).
Including ur own farm, and with farm animals :P that would been cool, and you could hire a assistant to gather ingredients for alchemy etc.

Or even better, put in the ruins of a old village, with a ruined castle. Which you can buy and restore(with high customization), and being able to become the "lord" of the village, having people move in, pay tax to you if you hire soldiers to protect etc.. a side questline sort of. With lots of choices.

Personally, as long as there are a few options available I would rather they concentrated on providing interesting and diverse quests and factions and decent gameplay, - a variety of textures and more furnishings are things that can always be added by mods.

I agree. It could be interesting, but I don't really want Bethesda to spend too much time on it. It's a pretty minor feature, as most of the game is based on adventure. A house is great to come back to once in a while, but most of the game for most people is going to be spent well away from their abodes, so I could really live without it.

Agree- most important is being able to place items like in Morrowind. I liked the way you 'built' your house in Morrowind, especially in House Hlaalu when you had to hire the Orc to make your own little town safe, and bring in the 'entertainment' from Desele's House!

it was epic!!!! i dont suggest anyone do it though it took a hell of alot of time. It was like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaGazbXcy3U&feature=related but 3 stories and twice as big. It took something like 3 days to get it perfect and put furniture in it.

The was a pillow fort mod that had a fort as big as the one outside of balmora

LOL at the guard.
