I saw this mod in my load order and I don't recognise it. Guessing it has to do with Tamriel Rebuilt
It's 18kb, and it is dated so it is the first mod loaded

Yes, that's the mod. It adds a small but comfortable buyable house to the town of Ranyon-Ruhn. Just enter the house and speak to the owner. It worked perfectly in my game with the earlier stand-alone Map 1 beta, but something between that and another mod must have conflicted when I used the later TR maps 1 + 2 release, so it's not in my load order any more.

I still use Trunksbomb's excellent TR farmhouse, although I altered it slightly for NoM compatibility.
