Earlier today I initiated the House of Horrors quest and have since left the Abandoned House, but the spooky contrast on the screen hasn't gone away. I've tried several things and I'm not sure if "teofis" is something I'd like to stick with. It gets rid of the blur but I'm not sure how much that affects the game. (It makes things look a bit darker for one)

I also don't have a backup save to fall back on. Any ideas?

Never mind, after a few minutes of going through the complete list of console commands in the UESP I managed to fix it by typing "rimodcf" into the console.
