So I went up and talked to the guy at the house and agreed to help and he went inside then I got distracted by the dragon attacking the city and ended up not going inside (Iget distracted easily lol). Now I can't seem to get in because I need a key and the guy is nowhere to be found. Can I solve this issue somehow or am I just boned for this quest?

If you're on PC you can open the console with ~, then click on the door and type 'unlock'. It will unlock the door and you can go inside.

Do save the game in advance though to be safe.

Sure seems that way, which leads to my next question. To get the achievement for having all the artifacts for the daedra do they all need to be with one character or just have them in general?

yes it can happen anywhere the dragons can go which at times can be very unfortunate lol

Yes they attack everywhere, yesterday i had one attacking me while i was in the mage college courtyard.
Now i have a dragon skeleton lying around at the courtyard, its pretty cool tbh :wink_smile:

lol the same thing happened to me in fact dragons attack me everywhere i already have 40 killed <.<
