Hey, I would to begin with noting that I did check the sticky and did a bit of research of my own but didn't come up with anything suiting my taste. Since I can't even access links leading to planet.es and on mw.history site I can't sort mods by popularity, ratings, I was hoping that someone could point me towards some good housing.

I am looking for a medium sized home with variety of rooms (kitchen, bedroom, witchcraft room, maybe a library) and a good storage options. Would enjoy having mannequins to display armors.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you going Telvanni? or are you looking for a non-aligned stronghold?

I haven't joined any house yet but most likely it would be Telvanni indeed. However, I would not be too fussed about stronghold affiliation.

Have you tried Ascadian Rose Cottage? It's fancy, has plenty of space for storage in basemant, multiple rooms, a study, and is of meduim size.
