House Redoran and Imperial Legion +1 frendly? : III

I wanted to play out the Imperial Legion quest after the House Redoran quest because
I am an Imperial and they are 1+ friendly, but it seems ironic that the Redoran Councillor
Garisa has me to shut down the egg mine in Caldera and then General Darius wants me
to cure the blighted kwama queen in the same Eggmine. I never tried because I'm not
sure it would even make sense or even work sense I shut it down already. Thoughts???
