Are the any mods that expand Great House Redoran? I've seen ones for both Hlaalu, and Telvanni, but none for the Redoran. I have looked, but failed to come across anything.

People don't like House Redoran very much, I've found. From a modder's perspective, I suppose I can see why. It's hard to do a big quest line for them that isn't an "assault on the Sixth House" mod. They're very limited in their activities, unlike Hlaalu and Telvanni, because unlike the other two, Redoran actually cares the common folk, which means that dealing with Dagoth Ur is a high priority. And a tall order. That connects to the Main Quest, obviously, so one may as well do/find one of those mods instead.
The http://lgnpc.org/downloads mods add quite a bit for the House. There's three esps for Redoran.
Pax Redoran and Indary's Manor being the two you would want.
There is also Vivec Redoran, which focuses more on events in Vivec. I can't recall how closely it was connected to the main House itself though.
You'll probably want the Soul Sickness patch too. The ReadMes should explain what that option does.
Like Pluto said, LGNPC adds content to House Redoran. One set focused around Ald'Ruhn, another on Vivec Redoran issues and the third on the Redoran Stronghold. It's been awhile since I've played through it, but I enjoyed it. IIRC, the LGNPC mods for the other towns incorporate story lines reflective of whichever Great House that contols that town. So when you talk with NPCs in say Gnisis, the stories have a Redoran-esque type theme or in Hla Oad Hlaalu-esque. Um, on 2nd thought, take that with a grain of salt I use all the LGNPC mods and have done so for so long they tend to run together for me these days.
I think it comes down to what your interests are as to whether it's enough for you I find that I don't play it often because House Redoran lore is a strong supporter of the Temple and Tribunal, and my chars have a hard time accepting that theology. If your char RPs within that constraint, it can be quite fun IMO.
The LGNPC mods thankfully do a geat job covering the Redoran. Many gravitate to the other houses due to the "coolness" factor of being subversive or evil(ish) or whatever, however, the LGNPC mods prove that following the "honorable" path can be interesting and compelling as well. I haven't played through them all yet (currently working on it) but have found the quests very well written with all sorts of nuances. And though I'm currently taking the more honorable path with my character, I think I remember reading somewhere that one can take a less honorable path to the top should one choose.
And, yeah, to confirm the above post, there are all sorts of LGNPC quests scattered around the regions under the influence of House Redoran that fall outside the main Redoran questline. I find them great in giving you the sense of being involved in Redoran matters, even if some of them feel mundane.
Also several that expand the Redoran Stronghold at Bal Isra. As the LGNPC mods have done a sterling job at actually expanding the House questline itself, no-one has done any other.
Even before that nobody could seem to do much with Redoran well before that. There were some attempts over the years, but none of them ever really got off the ground. I'd even argue LGNPC did so much with Redoran because there was nobody else for the job.
Yep. Tend to agree with you. Telvanni get the lions share, Hlaalu limp along behind with Grandmaster of Hlaalu and Redoran are really struggling - perhaps it's time for a big, Great House overhaul; just need to find someone enthusiastic about them!
That is disappointing, but not really surprising.
Does anyone have any links to any of these? I seemed to have missed them in my look over...
It does need some love. It would be great if someone could do something like that for it. I think it would be possible, though I haven't really looked at it in depth, the first thing you'd need to do is ignore the obvious. Plus it would take a lot of time and dedication...
I'm currently trying Vils Indarys. Its pretty low key, lore friendly, and works with LGNPC and is probably the newest of the Indarys mods. I'd link to it but its on Nexus and the site is currently down for maintenance.
Also do a search for Indarys on Morrowind Modding History.
