I've been doing the "The House Always Wins" quests for Mr.House and I finished part 3 by getting the Boomer's support for Mr.House. Before going back to Lucky38 I've been wandering around doing a lot of exploring but I only did one quest otw back (the "Three-Card Bounty" quest). Then I head back to the strip and Victor isn't outside anymore, I enter then head up to the Penthouse to get the next part of the quest and all the bots are hostile to me and I cannot enter dialogue with Mr.House on the monitor; though the robots outside are neutral (except for Victor) or on the casino level. In addition to that it says I turned in the quest for part 3 but I never received part 4. I can find no explanation as to why they turned hostile or why I can't progress in the quest. If it matters, I'm "Accepted" on the strip and I'm not wearing any faction related armor.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is this a glitch? Google gave me nothing.
