All I ever wanted in Fallout 3 and NV was a home that had a fast travel port. No doors or city gates to get through: just port in and use the bed, workbench, etc. Aside from establishing a new fast travel marker: is there anything necessary for an outdoor home other than the illusion of being indoors (even just by invisible walls). If the Courier is safe from the hazards of the wasteland because of the distance from opposition/creatures or just falsely walled in, why can't load screens be near eliminated? If there's a mod already for such housing I would appreciate directions.

Again: not asking to fast travel from an indoor location

World of Pain mod has a house in Goodsprings with all the goodies, for 5000. But I find it a bit out of the way to be practical.

Far away from the fast travel point in goodsprings or... goodsprings is out of the way on the western side of the map?
