Whenever I enter a room. Whether it is Vault 3 or the motel room I have access to in Novac. NCR Rangers generate and try to kill me. But that is NOT the worst of it. They get killed and then instantly respawn. This is new since the latest patch. Anyone know of a work around?

Well let me say three things.
1) now that was helpful.
2) What I am the ONLY ONE with this issue or a similar issue?!
3) How is it Glen Beck can make millions on TV and I cannot get a job as a corpse on NCIS; there is no justice.

Something new happened in my game but it wasn't on the PS3, it was on the PC.

I went to the BOS bunker after leaving my companions elsewhere and I always remove my red beret before going in; I don't use much faction armor. I went immediately down the stairs to the security office (Revas I think it is?) and when I entered, he went into full battle mode by putting on his helmet and arming himself and running out of his office. He crouched and was prepared for someone to come down the stairs behind me. It freaked me out. I engaged him in speech and it ended but he never took that helmet off. And then I went to the Elder's office. I don't know why it happened, Boone or Veronica weren't with me...no companions were with me. AI is freaky.

Why doesn't stuff like happen to me?

I've no clue, try undoing the patch and see if it still happens (idk if you can on PC). None of the hit squads have ever spawned for me in about 5 playthroughs.
