For all of the people that are not satisfied with his haircut/bread style, color, etc... How about a hairdresser in the game?

It would be fun. I don't know...

A quick visit to the salon to make sure you're looking good prior to some serious questing. Not top of the list for my mage as he wears a hood and a mask most of the time, but I'm sure some of the role players might like the idea.

Dawnguard's 'face sculptor' can do this. it's a pretty expensive haircut at 1000 gold, but it's worth it when you consider she can make your hair grow, shorten and change colour as many times as you'd like

Yep. She can change just about anything, aside from your race and gender. If you have Dawnguard, head down to the Ragged Flagon in Riften's Ratway.

I take it from your signature you are a computer player... May I suggest you use the console to change your character at the end of the Helgen Keep quest? Maybe make a hard save so you can go back again and again for different characters. It'll save you a lot of trouble in the long run. There is also the Alternate Start - Live Another Life mod.
