Exotic mounts are fine, you just need some way to sort of bottleneck it so that "exotic" doesn't quickly translate to "cheap and common". Also helps if its in the lore somewhere. As I mentioned earlier, the problem is not that they exist. The problem is when there are hundreds of them running around all at once in the same area.
