As if I wanoted to replay the chargen part of the game with the Emperor and tutorial and everything(I realize that the tutorial quest wouldn't restart as I've already gotten the quest stages for it).

Is it possible to replay the chargen in this manner?

Let's say that I used an alternate start mod and want to experience the opening part of the game, even though I haven't started the Oblivion main quest.

I did some poking around in the CS and found the quest Charactergen, but when I use the setstage command nothing happens. I was wondering if there was a script I had to initialize, but I don't even know how to start a script using the console.
