Hi,

My character is a Breton, so I have the Dragonskin perk. Trouble is I don't know how to activate it. I've added it to my favourites/quick access menu and I can toggle on/off of the triangle like symbol beside it (similar to equipping a spell or weapon, but without an L or R to designate which hand). However, I can't seem to activate it. I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm missing it.

It's a Special Ability, like a Shout, isn't it? Try "Z".

You use it just like a shout - select it in the menu to "equip" it, then use the "Z" key (on the PC) to use it. For consoles, use whatever button on the controller you use to do a shout.
