I enter a loaded game, i see no new options, no new locations, WHAT THE [censored] DO I DO?
this is so annoying why would they release a DLC and not give any instructions on how to access it, christ!

ok I see the new DLC in the DLC menu, i click on it nothing happens.

Fast travel somewhere. You get a radio signal that points to the location like in FO3.
