how to add morph controller after importingexporting tofrom

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 8:40 pm

I also have Blender and it's working now, but I primarily use 3ds. My problem is that if I want to alter a head mesh, it loses its NiGeomMorpherController block. I tried to paste it from the original head but that causes some bizarre problems, so I assume that's not how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

It should be noted I don't actually know how to animate meshes myself, and I probably can't learn. But if there's a really simple way to make an imported/exported head mesh retain its morph thingy, lemme know. :) Ty!

Dont know how to animate stuff either, but if anyone can recommend a tutorial for this that would be great.

Anyone but the very stupid can learn anything they want if they take the time and effort to. Key word being effort here, most people are too lazy.

Getting over the emotional distress of being stupid sounds easier than learning 3ds max :P

So it's confirmed then, I actually have to re-animate a head that already has an animation if I export it from Max? Lame. :/ Thanks for the tutorial tho, I'll check it out.

If you got somehow the archaic version of max (4 or 5?) theres an official bethesda's plugin for morrowind, with that you can make even flying poonies that shoot laser beams out of their butts,

tried to get ol max myself too, but its really not easy task
