How to adjust weap condition when found

New to GECK so please forgive me if this question is too banol.

I want to place a weapon in a bunker and I want to find it in very poor condition, like near broken, so I need to repair it before I use it. I know how to place it and I know how to modify its stats, but I cannot seem to find where to enter a value for its health upon discovery. Can anyone help?

Once you've placed it either double-click it in the Render Window or right-click it and select 'Edit' in the right-hand pane of the Cell View Window. This brings up the Reference dialog by which various properties of the placed object can be viewed and edited. Select the 'Extra' tab and note the 'Health %' text box.
