[pc users] so how are people who buy NV, but don't have inte

So, I am getting a new computer, saving up for a long time, but I can't afford internet. SO if I buy NV, is there any way I can install without going through steam? I like the concept of being able to reinstall the game even after the disc gets broken or lost. But for me, if I have to get internet so that I can download NV from steam I won't be just paying the 50 bucks for the game I will really be paying 50 + 25 a month for at least a year so that I can play this one game.

So... there has got to be an alternative to steam right. right! (i hope)

Oh, and by the way, I am on a computer at a library. (just in case some of you are wondering how I am posting this while at the same time saying I don't have internet.)

I don't know what to tell you.
Its almost implied that everyone and their dog has internet so those who don't are left in the dust.
Can't unlock the game without steam its that simple.

Nope, sorry. So you better not by NV until you have internet.

Please use http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1122499-why-steam/ for the Steam discussion, thanks.
