How to avoid a PR catastrophy and reimbursments @bethesda

Give everyone that ever paid for something the same thing again. You will not have to give money back.

And make the game do iterated backups. Keeping things in a single file per vault was asking for trouble. I mean guys. One file gets corrupted and user loses all their work. You are a corporation, you know thats not how this should work.

Give every paying customer a 'gift' with the next update, do more communication because total lack of thereof frustrates customers. 'We're busy fixing the game' would be better then nothing. And add a cool new feature using existing assets. I wrote some time ago about a site that allows me to create dwellers looking how I want them to and posing a scene, adding background, captions and stuff. Generally the fact that you have the artwork for the game already done gives you the opportunity to create some extra stuff with little to mo cost.

Communicatr. Reimburse using you products rather then money. Sweet up the deal with an easy to implement feature. Thats your PR solution that will cost you little.
