hey,

I m playing very often competitive, more than public. often I have to play against scar laser hip fire guys. I really try to kill them with a other weapon like scarab reflex, ... but as a conclusion u just have a real chance in <20m with scar (laser). so does anybody know a weapon or tactic to beat them WITHOUT using this weapon?

Well there are some ways to beat them,


Grab a xpac or bolt sniper

Use bow keep a safe distance

Shotgun jackal or marshall can beat them one shot where as scar needs bullets to kill cant go wrong with em

Rapid fire 3 obvious reason why

ESL rules -> no perks, no alien weapons, no bow, no gauss

Then idk. Srry i cnt help

At the moment, the only way is to put as much distance between you and them, the Scar is very broken, it can utilize the tap glitch which provides distance, a damage multiplier at close range, and a supreme efficiency at medium range.

I wouldn't really put myself in a situation with scar+lasers to begin with, if you really want to play competitively, its when both parties can understand their weaknesses and strengths. And use each other to practice and better themselves. Many of us have just quite playing this game altogether, patiently waiting for a patch that address these game breakers; it cant come soon enough, the game's population goes down every da
