Easiest way: Call your phone company and tell them to block the number.

Second way: Depending on your phone, most modern smartphones (Android, iPhone) have methods of blacklisting a number / sending it straight to voicemail.

You'll need:
1. Concrete
2. Rectangle mold
3. Phone
Now...
1. Put phone in mold
2. Pour concrete into mold
3. Wait for it to dry
4. Blocked phone

A few months ago a good friend of mine was in this same situation. She asked me that same question so I did some research. At the time I was asked, the iPhone didn't have the ability to block specific numbers but there were plans for Apple to add it. I believe it's now a service you pay for.

You could, but then you'd be getting no phone calls at all 'cause you'd be in jail. :P

Uh, ignoring a restraining order lands you in jail.
There's no "not caring" about a restraining order.

He has a point though. The Police often times don't actively enforce restraining orders or take domestic conflicts seriously. If he got a restraining order and wanted it enforced he'd probably end up calling the cops when its violated and hoping they take his complaint seriously enough to investigate.

@op, check your phone to see if it has call blocking, or call your phone company.

What you have to do is very simple:

1. Record a few of her calls (According to the way you put it there must be some death / bodily harm threats in there and some pretty bad language) and count them, also, you should contact the phone company to show how many times she called you. You cant "charisma" your way out of solid evidence.

2. Go see lawyer / Police with said evidence, say (with good reason) that she is stalking you and threatening you.

3. Get restraining order.

4. If she doesn't follow the restraining order, she'll get into legal trouble (remember to record evidence if she does).

No one is above the Law, the Law is there to protect you from stalkers such as these, BUT evidence is key!

Good luck!

If you find you can't block her number with your phone or phone company, then buy a coaches whistle and blast it in her ear whenever she calls. I've never tried this, but hear it works wonders. :P

I had a problem with my ex-husband calling and harassing me, and the only thing I could do was to change my phone number. Haven't had a lick of trouble since, but it svcks having to give everyone the new number.

Hey, um, just a suggestion here, but when you see her name on your phone, maybe don't answer it?

That's all well and good, but she may leave voicemails, plus, it's just annoying to get harassed by people.

Start developing a personality that hates everything mainstream, which will allow you to start using a telegraph in stead of a cellphone. Odds are she can't operate one of those.

Subscribe to "AT&T Privacy Manager". Cost a couple bucks a month but you can toggle on and off access to any number.

why do all my joke comments always turn into something serious!!!! but I guess if thats the only thing you can do, then do it. She can't flirt her way out of a restraining order. If that happens then the police in charge can get in major trouble for not abiding by a lawful document.

First thing you do is make sure your AT&T bill is paid.

Nextly, upgrade your phone to an HTC brand that uses Android.

Install a free app like Mr. Number.

Whitelist your calls, or blacklist a range too. Your choice.

Other alternative -- change your number.

I've had an iPhone too, I tried to get AT&T to block restricted/blocked/unknown/private calls, but evidently their super awesome service only works for landlines.

Android is also better with Google Voice.

How many times has she called you recently? DId you express your displeasure and make sure she understood? Make sure she comprehends that you do not want her calling.
If she continues, I would provide the phone company with the calls and harrasment data, and go about getting a restraining order.

Just tell her you want her to shut up and be a clingy psychopath. Except at this point, all she needs is just to shut up.

C'mon. This isn't television. I refuse to believe that women can actually do that, regardless of how stupid cops are IRL.

Well on these forums thats about 95% of people. Do they ever realize that the "mainstream haters" are the popularity here and begin to hate themselves.... And then... No nevermind.
