How to bring back Mick and Ralph?

When I first started playing, I killed Mick and Ralph, without knowing they had the secret weapon stash. Is there any way to resurrect them? The bodies are no longer in the store.

Yes, I should have clarified in the OP. So, if you know console codes or anything that would be great.

One of them sells energy weapons behind a secret wall. I'm not sure exactly what weapons though.
