I'm not sure of the console command, which is what it sounds like you're asking for, but you could always try to find and buy a scroll of calm humanoid.

Open the console, click on the NPC so their id appears at the top of the console window and enter -

setfight 10
stopcombat player
setdisposition 80

Which NPC are you trying to calm as it doesn't work on all of them? It also sometimes works if you just stay away from them for 72 hours.

OK. I am not sure about this where there is mod involvement - and with being a werewolf as well - :(

Could it be that you have been seen transforming from human- werewolf - human? If so then everyone knows you for what you are and will attack you. You can try getting rid of the known werewolf status with

set PCknownwerewolf to 0

If it is not working after that we may have to try this in the mod forum for further help.

Isn't it obvious??
Of course the NPC is going to attack you if you're a werewolf. Werewolfs can't start dialog with people anyways.
Since he doesn't have the key on him, it's probably because he just gives it to you through dialog.

You can open the mod in the CS and find the key's ID, then add it to your inventory with the console.

EDIT: confirmed. He gives it to you through dialog.
If you can't resort to an earlier Save, the key's ID is
Spoiler
