How can I change the resolution when using mod organizer? : V

I got a new monitor,I use MO,and when I launch skyrim it crashes because the resolution is wrong. But when I use the skyrim launcher,I can't open the options tab.

Are you launching Skyrim Launcher from MO?

I've tried that,but no matter what when I open my launcher it says

{Install} [Options] [Data files] {tech support} and I can't open options or data files
