How Can I Convert An .fos File To .esp File ?

Hello,
small problem : I have a save file and I would like to use the playercharacter?s face for an companion...any way to do that ? I would appreciate all the help !! :)

As far as I know, there's currently no way to do this. If you want to use that face elsewhere, you'll need to remake it in the GECK.

You might want to take a quick look at Scanti's http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4094 though.

Thanks for the input :) Well now i have got a facegen file...not sure what to do with it though...
Remaking the face will be considerably hard since i cant see what those slider are set to in the geck...
Isnt there any way to see the current player face in the geck ?

No, unfortunately. It's possible to use an NPC's face for the player via a facegen preset, but the player's face is only stored in the save game, and the GECK has no way to read those files.

I'm sure it's possible to write a tool that can extract facegen data from the save file and put it into a plugin file, but I don't know if anyone knows both the save file and plugin file formats well enough to create such a thing.
