No, unfortunately. It's possible to use an
NPC's face for the player via a facegen preset, but the player's face is only stored in the save game, and the
GECK has no way to read those files.
I'm sure it's possible to write a tool that can extract facegen data from the save file and put it into a plugin file, but I don't know if anyone knows both the save file and plugin file formats well enough to create such a thing.
