OMG I never seen something like this... Did you try not to login with your account? Did you touch anything in your crysis 2 folder? What version of the game do you have? Did you try to go right click on the icon, and go "Troubleshoot compatility"?

Try deleting the system.cfg and autoexec.cfg in your crysis 2 directory.

How does the 2 monitors thing work? Are you using just one of them, with the other disabled? I don't own ATI, so I don't know how their multi-monitor (EyeInfinity?) technology works, but maybe you have activated some settings on your video card control panel that don't get along with this game. I'm asking because not so long ago there was a user who had graphical issues (not as severe as yours, though) and it turned out they were caused by his two-monitor configuration. I'd try to investigate on that

I would try Ricky′s suggestion. Using two displays with different resolutions often causes problems. Disconnect one of the two.

I have already tried that, I disconnected my vga and only used my HDMI then tried it vice versa, I have also seen that I am on DirectX 11 and I know it works because DiRT 3 works and I looked at "dxdiag" im still going to keep trying though :(

Hey Buddy, you didnt by any chance try to modify textures did you? i got that problem once i tried using maldo's texture mod, when you get rid of the game, do you fully remove the Crysis 2 folder, (like delete it) from C:/Program Files (x86)/Electronic Arts/Crysis 2

or wherever yours may be installed?

cheers
