How can I justify a bard on console?

I've been really interested in Altmer culture lately. And for that reason I want to make an Altmer bard. Problem is, I'm on ps3 and I can't play instrument on ps3.

How could I justify a bard if I can't play instruments? I figured that she'd be a very gifted singer.

Personality wise, I got no problems:

Imaginative

Despite her skills in music and art, she's shy with more personal conversations

Artistic and creative

Very kind hearted

Enjoys luxuries like jewelry and furs and all that fancy stuff

Dislikes the Thalmor, but is too afraid to truly do something about it. (It will change over time.)

Elegant and majestic

Skills wise, I got a few issues.

I want to train in speech, obviously. Using her tongue to convince people. But also for a good knowledge of bartering.

As a weapon, I feel that a one-handed blade would fit her elegance together with block.

She will wear no armour, so I feel that for that extra safety, alteration could be used. I don't mind that, but would enchanting be needed aswell? I think I want to keep it with alteration and maybe restoration.

I think that for this character, I want to combine the "citizen" roleplay together with adventurer. So she'll work, chop wood, barter merchandise, sing songs in taverns and all that. When she's getting a bit richer I'll slowly move into adventuring, and possibly get a bodyguard. Jenassa seems fitting.

But well, to the question of the title. Do you know any ways for a console bard to feel more immersive? Like I said, I could make her a vocalist. But do you possibly know any other ways too?

One of the powers you can get from Apocrypha is called Bardic Knowledge. It summons a spectral drum for 5 minutes

Simple, you're a singer and you sing songs of the Dragonborn (shouts)....you even know the lyrics to the Song of Storms from Zelda :P

I like to RP that her voice is similar to what is heard here, but somewhat higher. :)

A good idea. Though I'm not that sure if this ''fancy type'' would fit to be a Dragonborn.

Then again, if I change the playstyle for a bit, less Noble stuff. More adventuring stuff, then I feel it could work.

You don't need to be Dragonborn to get that power.

Completely forgot about that. Although, I'm still considering if I want her to be Dragonborn.

I think I kind of want to ditch the ''rich'' idea anyway. Yeah she will keep the elegance and all that, but I want her to be more focused on her actions rather than her wealth. Ofcourse she'll still do the citizen stuff like chopping wood and all that, it's a nice touch for roleplay.

I think that once she's not so afraid of the Thalmor, and getting a ''screw you'' attitude instead. I might give her a Thalmor Justiciar outfit, in RP this could be her outfit for infiltrations. :)
