...leveled enemies. Im going up against vampires but i think the highest i have is (turn greater undead) which effects level 21 bu think most of what i go up against is level 40. Im trying to fight as some sort of paladin hybrid, but non of my spells are working on anything more than just "vampire"

I still have to get the necromage perk but does that make a real big difference?

i think necromage gives a 25% boost to all magic but im not certain i think its a bit less, dual casting will also increase the max level of the spell

I see, im starting to fear that im going to have the same problem with restoration as i do with destruction (on higher levels on master)

Necromage gives a little boost compared to what a Vampire with the same perk does.
