How can I reboot? O-o

I reached level 50 and am "level 51" soon. But I nowhere find the reboot button? D:
EDIT : Reached "level 51", can reboot now. :)

You need to be 51 (gain all exp when you're 50, should show in service record or when game is loading). After that, you can reboot.
