How can I reset my MP Account to lvl 1?

want to reset it because my lvl is so bugged and loses all his modifications and experince from time to time...
so i want to start a new soldier so that i can see if the problem can be solved this way...

i'm afraid there is no other way to reset account instead of creation the new one..
but may be i'm wrong, lez wait other ppl to say something
