How can I uninstall update v1.7?

I downloaded the update and now my game keeps flashing between two level's of brightness. It's also messing with my "Oblivion" game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling "Fallout 3" but to no success.
can someone please help? P.S. It's G.O.T.Y.

GOTY comes with the latest version of the game. The flashing brightness is probably a video driver issue.

The 1.7 update wouldn't cause those issues, Starforce is probably right.
