Firstly, Yes, I am still going to buy Crysis 2 on release date. This is actually so I can get it quicker from an actual store, rather than waiting for shipping.
Anyway.

In October I pre-ordered C2 from the EA store. They still haven't charged it to my card, so this hasn't cost me any money yet, and isn't really a refund or anything. However, I cant find a way to cancel the pre-order. On their site it says to email them, but clicking the link gives you an error 404 (lol nice, EA).

Anyway, does anyone know how to go about this? From the looks of the Google search results it looks fairly hard, but it HAS to be possible. I dont really want to block the transaction through my bank, but if all else fails, that is possible.

Any ideas?

As EA's site runs multiple locale portals, it's likely to find something broken on the website at some point.

I had this exact same problem, you have to send them an email with all the apprpriate details of your order, and then wait for their reply. I think you can either contact them from the site messaging thingy, or use this email (not sure about this one) ''orders-eastore.com''. And yes, I preordered from another site to avoid the shipping wait here aswell

Last I checked, If you pre-order, its shipped like a day before so it arrives on release. I got bad company 2 at like 10 AM on day of release. Which is when my local stores opened anyway.
