How would I go about changing the skin tint of a human?

Play with the textures in the Face Advanced tab, after opening up the window for whatever NPC you want to edit.

I don't want to open a new topic so I'll ask here: when I fiddle with textures in the face advanced tab, they don't show in-game .___. (geometry changes are shown correctly, instead)
