I believe that you need to send a PM to a moderator

Only the admins/mods would have the ability to change your account name.

Name changes are only allowed for very minor alterations, like changing capitalization or fixing a spelling mistake. If you're seeking this you can PM a mod and we'll put it in the queue - only admin have the ability to actual change usernames.

Forum questions like this are best PMed to a moderator or asked in Community Discussion, this doesn't really have anything to do with Skyrim does it?
