Did you finish the companions quests? If so, you may be a werewolf. He only way to get rid of it is to :

Maybe you went and activated the 15% bonus to all stone, you don't get the sleep bonus then.

I'm assuming you have werewolf blood. You'll have to do a ritual to get rid of that. It takes awhile.

If you are poisioned or sick I dont think you get it either. Go to a shrine and cleanse hten try it again

Well rested lasts for a few in game hours so you might already have it, go into magic and then active effects to see if its there and how much time is remaining.
