It's an old game and I don't think NV was very popular. That, and Skyrim.

I think it's because the veterans in the forums have heard most of it before. FO3 vs FNV. Favorite x. Polls. etc.

I come onto these forums to give help or advice (if I know what I'm talking about), to check on new mods or ask questions about mods I'm having trouble with, to check on news about the games, and see if any of the folks I like have something interesting to say. I'm not particularly interested in the latest FO3 vs. New Vegas flamefest, bragging about how someone scored 10 billion caps with the latest exploit, the latest plea to put a level cap of 200, multiplayer mode and dual wielding in the next Fallout, or the constant rants of "Where's the next DLC!?!!!"

Sadly, the forum these days has way more posts about the stuff I'm not interested in than posts about the stuff I am. So I don't post as much as I used to.

Mainly because most threads are FO3 vs FNV and its get very old.

I agree. The FO3 vs. FNV threads get tiring.

Just the same as Morrowind vs. Oblivion threads get real old real quick.

Fallout 3 has been out for a couple of years now and most, if not all of it has already been posted to death, and New Vegas never quite took off the way many (I at least) had hoped it would. Also not to mention that the Skyrim forums are svcking the life out of what's left, even though most of what's posted in their is just people re posting the same thing over and over.

Once Skyrim is finally released then life will return to it's normal chaotic self here on the forums; and then Fallout 4 will be on the horizon, so that's something else to look forward to.

Kind of interesting that the Oblivion Forums are still pretty active, even more so than FO3 and F:NV, I think.

Well most veterans are on the Fallout Universe and Fallout Series forums and the rest are probably bored of the Forums or at Skyrim.
