I got a few legendary outfits but i cant manage to craft it in the workshop? I have it full uppgrade aswell

Make sure you have the supplies needed to craft the item. If you have unlocked it and you have the supplies (junk) then the item will be in color, items in grey mean you do not have all the supplies to craft it.
