Quite sometime back I added a mod that required me to disable the border region (some years ago) . As I remember all I had to do was change the "EnableBorderRegion from a 1 to a 0 in the comfiguration settings . I would now like to do the samething again but this change seems to have no effect on the border . I did save after the change and checked again to be sure it did not revert to a 1 .
Would someone please tell me what I need to do to achieve the desired result ? Thanks, hagar

Make sure you do it in the actual INI file, which is in your Games folder, not the Oblivion_default.ini in your Oblivion folder.
