How to disable certain objects in interiors only...?

How would you disable certain objects (such as lights) in interiors only without having to manually go through every single cell and deleting them?

Note: I know nothing of scripting and will need help if it involves such things. I will credit you in my mod if you can help me

With no cell changes or all involved lights scripted/changed in CS? MWSE scripting to find and change proper lights at run time maybe, so probably not something you can tackle, basically you should have all the mod done by some expert MWSE scripter, and it could be difficult to do/test/optimize



[EDIT]if you mean to automatically remove a list of certain lights in interiors in a mod (not at runtime in game), you could probably use tes3cmd, but again, you would need to be expert at it


what I can suggest if you want to try using tes3cmd is use a dump command to find proper object references first, use the delete command only when you are sure

[EDIT]I could, but you must do the work to prepare a complete formatted light id list of what lights you want to remove. e.g. example with 3 random lights



yellow_128_01|white_1024_01|sunlight_512_01


[EDIT2]actually, forget it, I could remove them from a mod but I'm not expert enough to easily remove the lights from e.g. standard Morrowind. Maybe you can catch greatness7 in a good mood
