i just cant disable motion blur on single player campaign .. how do i do it

thins is the exe shortcut--- +g_skipIntro 1 +cl_fov 80 +g_radialBlur=0 +r_motionblur=0 +r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed=0

this is the -- autoexec CFG FILE INSIDE IS ----g_skipIntro=1 r_motionblur=0 g_radialBlur=0

but wen i run it from the autosxec cfg file my game turns crappy by crappy i mean that
wen igranedes explode in front of me my screans turns black all of the sudden
and wen i take too much fire (wen the cell or the ceph shoot at me ) my screen turns black and wenn i die also that happens --- how do i fix it to run it witch no motion blur i hate the blur ----can someone answer me plz??

ohh and no trolls (i dont have a sword to slay the trolls )

HOW DO I FIX THIS ANYONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM....??
