I would like to replicate the result of the Dampened Spirits quest (TG03) on a smaller scale with an inn. Ideally i would like an object to become sold in an inn after a quest has been completed. I looked and have tried to figure out what Dampened Spirits did but I have little knowledge of how that would be done in Creation Kit.
