How does Legendary work?

Post » Tue May 21, 2013 12:49 pm

Is it the difficulty setting? If it is, can you raise your level above Vanilla Skyrim by only playing on Legendary?

I guess I am just not clear how Legendary works and what it means.

Thanks for any help!!

Two things...

  • There is a Legendary difficulty ( past Master ) that has nothing to do with the Legendary mechanic.
  • Then there is the mechanic. It resets a selected skill back to 15 , when you reach 100 in that skill. All of the perks you spent in the tree ate returned to you. You can then continue to level the skill back and spend the points how you wish. Even in another skill if you so choose. This is all voluntary and does not happen automatically.

That probably would have actually been faster than creating a thread and typing out the post. :D

None the less, I don't mind form users that are so new to the forum. Now if a 500 post member created this, then we could warrant a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9efgLHgsBmM.
