Ezio a young man, who as a child alongside with his parents, were slaves for a merciless gang called ' the un-touchables ' who were based north ( of the new vegas game world) . When Ezio was 10, both his parents were killed by the slavers. Four days after the murders, Ezio managed to escape and headed south where he could see bright lights radiating in the background. After days of travelling by foot, with no food or water, Ezio collapsed...........He Awoken days later, in a run down , handmade shack! In the shack lived an elderly old man by the name of Harrison! Harrison was a former gang member, in a gang called ' Plutos' after the Greek god of money & wealth! Ezio then spent the next 10years living with Harrison, learning everything he needed to know about the wasteland, Harrison was a master of Speech,Sneak and Barter and thought these skills to Ezio...He basicaly became a sweet talking,money hungry thief. But ultimatley ended up been brainwashed about stories of his old gang, and the God they worshipped! This brainwashing led Ezio in search of one thing, caps!! He would do anything for wealth...anything! Harrison died ... Ezio now had to go out on his own and try to survive the harsh wasteland. He planned to head North to an old cap counterfiting shack, Harrison had told him about, but on his journey he met a man, who had an overwhelming job offer, which paid ALOT of caps, Ezio could not turn down this offer , and so took up the job as the courier!

from looking at your build you plan to be a more passive character in your game which on hardcoe is a hard thing to do. im not realy sure what build your after its ether a melee or a sniper

realy you dont need 8 str it just as waste of 2 points you can get the weapon handling perks which lowers the str need to uses weapons by 2 instead

maybe something like this

A 9 (small frame 10)

charisma realy will only effect your speech more than anything else and it can still be brought to a decent lv with this build

tips for your skills tho

only put repaire to 90 for jury rigging perk
Survival 30 - 45 for hunter and Entomologist (Entomologist is a major perk to have on hardcoe my opinion)
with this type of build you can ether max one type of weapon skill or have to at around 60-70 points personaly i say go with guns maybe with explosives
