How does one subscribe to specific threads? : Crysis

Is it possible to subscribe to forum threads and be notified of new posts by email? I know that I can choose to be notified if I post within the thread, but what if I'm just lurking for info on a subject?

With the release of Crysis 3, sometimes it's difficult to find specific threads (if they've scrolled off of the top page) if they haven't been as active as some others.
