How does the Greybeards Reproduce? : V

A bunch of old guys,that lives isolated(or reclusived) on the biggest montain in the world,in the last hundreds of years...Ok ok ok...if the greybeards are a human race(in this case Nords),but don't let anyone get in on their palace(for exception Important leaders,or Tiber Semptim himself),how the hell they reproduced trought the centuries?How they even still exist?
They are basicaly like priests(that are not aloweed to marrie because they are dedicated to help all the people),dedicated to worship the gods and learn the Thu'um.So how it's possible to the Greybeards exist for almost 600 years?They are immortal or something?I would love an awnser...

Probably the same way every other religion and sect has a functioning group of men for hundreds of years....doesnt mean its the same men it means they can still get recruits, however.......The only things that were very common up there were goats and like 5 old men, and I find that slightly disturbing.

they're human. they use their sixual organs. Greybeards are not a race they are made.

Like most monk types I guess they do not reproduce but rely instead on new Acolytes who have some ability to train up and keep the order going, Ulfric was one I believe until he went rogue.

They aren't the same Greybeards. They're basically a monastic order, so when one dies someone else skilled in the voice will be inducted into the order.

New people can come to train and devote their lives to it.

From UESP on Ulfric:

Ulfric gained the ability to use The Voice by training with the Greybeards, as any dedicated Nord in Skyrim can do.

Anyone can learn the ways of the voice through years of study. Those who are Dragonborn has an innate advantage to learn it more quickly however.

So they don't "reproduce" and they're not immortal or anything like that....anyone willing to make the pilgrimage and devote their lives to live and study and become a Greybeard.
