How to edit character dialogue choices?

I'm attempting to do a stupid character dialogue mod for fun:
http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1350069-has-anyone-tried-doing-a-comprehensive-stupid-low-int-dialogue-mod/

But I'm having a little struggle. It seems that speaking to a few characters in the vanilla game changes your dialogue options, but I can't find these stupid alternatives in the GECK.

Here's a video showing someone with low intelligence having access to a "stupid" dialogue choice.

But I can't find it here. All I can see is the normal dialogue option.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Any help? I figure if I can find what triggers it once, it should just be a matter of duplicating it again and again and writing the "stupid" choices.

Hopefully I'm being clear and thanks for the help. I've tried consulting a few wikis but they haven't been much help for my specific purpose.

Nothin', huh? I was hoping this board would be a little more active.

Oh well, might do a little more digging around myself. It's gotta be somewhere.

depends how you condition your topics i'd say. if you want more or less stupid characters to have their own different lines, you make 2 topics, one conditioned to hmmm... getav intelligence i'd say = X
