How do i edit main menu "Newgame" Function : Fallout 3

I want to have it where win you press new game on main menu it comes up with a Selection menu that says

Fallout 3 (Main plot)
Name of my mod (By SuperFlaminninja)

And if you select Fallout 3 it starts main plot and if you click my mod it atarts up my personal plot thnx
